This is a true account from the Bible: a man named Lazarus had died, and by the time this event unfolded, he had been dead for four days and
lying in the tomb for just as long. His sisters, Mary and Martha, felt that all hope was lost.
They believed that had Jesus arrived sooner, their brother would have been saved. From a human perspective,
a corpse that had been decomposing for four days could never be brought back to life. Yet, when Jesus commanded, "Roll away the stone,
the people expected to be met only by the stench of decay. Jesus simply called out, "Lazarus, come forth!"—and the dead man rose to his feet.
Hidden within God's "delay" lay a profound glory.
God's delay does not signify His denial; rather, He waits for the perfect moment to make the impossible possible.
. If you have resigned yourself to the thought that you are incapable of achieving anything right now—and if others have dismissed you as worthless—do not despair.
